    Personal Training

    Personal Training is tailored to your individual goals (and schedule). There is a higher level of accountability and constant feedback from your coach. Having a personal trainer is more expensive but is the fastest way to accelerate your fitness journey.

  • Semi-Private

    Semi-Private training is a great bridge between personal training and classes. Semi-Private sessions are customized and there’s the added energy (and accountability) of working out with other people. Semi-Private training is available for 2-4 people and great for couples and friend groups.

  • Classes

    Classes are built on the fundamentals and focused on good exercise technique. We follow a set of principles and workouts progress in difficulty each week. You can find people of all ages and abilities in our group sessions.
