      Semi-PrivateSemi-Private training is a great bridge between personal training and group training sessions. Semi-Private sessions are customized and there’s the added energy (and accountability) of working out with other people. Semi-Private training is available for 2-4 people and great for couples and friend groups.

      Group TrainingGroup training is built on the fundamentals and focused on good exercise technique. We follow a set of principles and workouts progress in difficulty each week. You can find people of all ages and abilities in our group sessions.
