Baltimore Kettlebell Club is a fitness studio offering personal training and group training sessions. Our specialty is strength & conditioning using kettlebells, powerlifting and strongman exercises. We are a family friendly gym and offer training for all abilities including seniors and kids.

Open to anyone who wants to be their best self, a movement-based training program that covers all aspects of physical fitness. Human performance is optimized through strength, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise.

To kids who need physical activity, Youth Fitness are age-appropriate exercise programs with a teaching curriculum that covers a variety of health topics. Kids learn safety and etiquette in the weight room, importance of exercise, goal setting, healthy eating habits and other life lessons.

Seniors

To active older adults who want to stay fit, Strength After Sixty is a fitness program that addresses the needs that come with aging. With SAS you can live on your own terms and with a better quality of life.
