Program Design

Program design is an important part of your success in training. It helps to have a road map to get to your destination. In this case, your road map is a training plan.

Learning how to perform any exercise properly is the first priority. After that, stringing the exercises together into a workout is your next priority. After that, stringing the workouts together into a weekly / monthly / yearly routine is the ultimate goal.

Training is a life long journey and long-term results need planning.

A good friend of mine used to say that training was like putting money in the bank. Each workout was a "strength deposit" into your account that you could make a withdraw on later.

Just like a financial advisor is a good thing to have when retirement planning, so is someone that can advise you on your training.

6-week Programs

3 to 7 day per week routine with built in progression schemes. These are custom designed programs that are based on how you answer the following questions:

  1. What is your primary goal?
  2. Where are you in relation to that goal?
  3. What equipment do you have?
  4. How many days a week will you workout?

If you answer these questions in detail, I can design a custom 6-week program for you. Some follow up may be necessary.


Note: custom program contains sets/reps/weight for all 6 weeks.

Whether you want build muscle, lose weight, get stronger, better condition, or perform your best... I can provide a plan that will help you do that.

If you are new to exercise programming, intermediate or advanced... I can add some insights.

Whether you have your own kettlebells, or access to other equipment... I most likely have too and/or am experienced using that equipment too!

If you are planning to devote 2 hours a week to exercise or workout everyday... I can write a 2 day a week or 7 day a week program for you.

It will be a 6 week program that specifies exactly what to do each workout. Most programs can be re-cycled as long as the training goals remain the same.
