The Start Up Guide was created out of something that I truly believe in. Kettlebell training is a path to any fitness goal. Done properly, kettlebell training will build muscular strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility and body comp (if your diet is in check).
I have been a kettlebell coach for over 10 years now and using them for nearly 15! These are the most “bang for your buck” exercises there are!
