Our Bells-N-Boxing classes are built around the technical aspects of boxing, without actually punching people.

Boxers are known for their high levels of conditioning because of the training they do. It’s much more than just throwing hands…

There’s agility in footwork, head movement, slipping, rolling, blocking and countering. They don’t call it the “sweet science” for nothing!

You could spend a year just learning the basics, and with a focus on skill development, the workout never gets old.

There are plenty of other skills to develop as well, and while your mind is focused on learning, you’re still burning calories.
