There are many trainers out there that open gyms, put together generic programs, and don’t really engage with their clients on a personal level. That is not Dan Cenidoza’s approach. When you step into his gym, you are family. He gets to know his clients on a personal level, not just a fitness one. He is a great motivator that sees the potential in everyone that walks through his door, making The Baltimore Kettle Bell Club a safe place for people to come, feel vulnerable, and then grow from that vulnerability. I’m so glad that I found this training home!
